Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley. You will stop at a viewpoint to enjoy panoramic views of the valley before continuing to Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out for a sunset
game drive where you may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.
Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara
After breakfast, spend the day exploring the vast plains of the Maasai Mara National Reserve.The reserve is famous for its abundant wildlife and excellent game-viewing opportunities.Enjoy a full-day game drive across the acacia-dotted savannah with a picnic lunch near the hippo pools along the Mara River. The reserve hosts a wide range of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelope, and numerous predators.
Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After an early breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and begin the journey toward Lake Nakuru National Park.An optional visit to a traditional Maasai village can be arranged before leaving the reserve to learn about the culture and traditions of the Maasai community.Arrive in Nakuru later in the evening, check in at your lodge, and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli
After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its birdlife and rhino population. The park is home to flamingos, pelicans, white rhinos, and the rare
Rothschild’s giraffe.Later, depart for Amboseli National Park with lunch along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy a gamedrive en route to your lodge or camp.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 5: Full Day in Amboseli
Start the day with an early morning game drive in Amboseli National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Return to the lodge for breakfast before heading out again for more wildlife viewing.Animalscommonly seen include zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and antelope species.Observation Hill offers excellent panoramic views of the park’s wetlands and plains. In the evening, enjoy another game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Amboseli – Nairobi
Wake up early for a morning game drive in Amboseli National Park before returning to the lodge for breakfast.After checking out, depart for Nairobi with arrival expected in the afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
