Day 1: Arusha – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel around 7:00 AM by your driver-guide and begin the journey to Serengeti National Park. The drive takes approximately three to four hours and includes a stop at the famous Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site where some of the earliest human fossils were discovered.The area features dramatic landscapes formed by geological forces associated with the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, enjoy your first game viewing experience before heading to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, spend the entire day exploring the vast plains of Serengeti National Park on game drives. With a packed picnic lunch, you will venture deeper into the park in search of wildlife.The Serengeti is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for hosting one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in the world. Visitors can expect to see lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and large herds of antelope roaming the plains.In the evening, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Serengeti – Arusha
After an early breakfast, depart from your lodge or campsite with a packed picnic lunch for a final game drive as you exit the Serengeti.
Later in the afternoon, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport for your onward flight, or dropped off at your hotel for an overnight stay.
