Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Depart from Nairobi and travel toward Maasai Mara National Reserve with a stop along the
Great Rift Valley escarpment for spectacular views.
Arrive in time for lunch and check in at your lodge or camp. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a game drive across the reserve in search of wildlife.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.
Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara
Spend the day exploring the vast plains of the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon gamedrives.The reserve hosts an impressive variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras,giraffes, and antelope species. Predators such as cheetahs andleopards are also frequently seen.During the migration season, the famous Great Migration takes place when millions of wildebeest travel between the Serengeti and the Maasai Mara.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp.
Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.An optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged before leaving the reserve.Arrive in Nakuru in the evening, check in at your lodge, and enjoy dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is well known for its birdlife including flamingos, pelicans, and other water birds.Wildlife sightings may include white rhinos and the rare Rothschild’s giraffe. You may also visit
viewpoints such as Baboon Cliff for panoramic views of the lake and surrounding forest.
Later, drive to Lake Naivasha where you will check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a boat excursion on Lake Naivasha followed by a visit to Crescent IslandGame Sanctuary where you can take a guided walk among wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, and antelope.After lunch, depart for Nairobi and arrive in the evening with a drop-off at your hotel.
